THE QUARTER opened for business on June 10, 2005, after a
three-month building renovation period. After many years of
contemplating opening a restaurant/bar, Rudy Delgado and Alex Vest
put their heads together and, with the help of Rudy's wife, Beverly,
came up with the look and feel of what is now THE QUARTER.
Our carefully selected management staff is the competitive
advantage we have on the other establishments in the area, and their
expertise and dedication to our Mission help to lead a great team of
employees in providing you with the WOW experience you deserve.
